The unidentified monks had removed and burned a Chinese national flag hoisted on the rooftop of Drong-ngur Kagyu Phelgyeling Monastery at Wathang town in Diru County, Nagchu (Ch: Naqu) Prefecture, Tibet Autonomous Region.
